Deviation notifications for Groupage and partload are sent out separately from the ones for our parcel services. Access to these messages is managed by you as an administrator and are only sent out for your company's specific shipments.
Manage deviation notifications for Groupage and partload
- Click "Administration" and select the correct customer number in the drop-down menu if you have access to multiple customer numbers.
- Select "Deviation alerts".
- Enter the email address to which the deviation notifications are to be sent for your customer number. Select "Update list".
To delete an email address from the recipient list, click on the trash icon next to the user on the right-hand side of the list.
