Quality and deviation reports in Mybring

Mybring's quality and discrepancy reports give you an overview of delivery quality and discrepancies: actual delivery time against estimated delivery time, and discrepancies in production - from missing pre-notification to returned to sender. The reports that are available to you will depend on which customer numbers are linked to your user.

Parcel customers in Norway  

Those who send Norwegian parcel services have access to these reports: 

  • Delivery quality: shows actual delivery time against estimated delivery time. 
  • Returned to sender: shows which shipments have been returned. 
  • Missing pre-notification: shows which shipments Bring has received without an EDI message. 
  • Attempted deliveries: shows shipments where delivery to recipient has been unsuccessful. 
  • Probable delays: shows shipments where delivery to recipient is likely to be later than Bring's recommended delivery times. 
  • Customer errors: shows shipments with a barcode error.

Parcel customers in the Nordics  

Those who send Nordic parcel services have access to these reports: 

  • Delivery quality: shows actual delivery time against estimated delivery time. 
  • Returned to sender: shows which shipments have been returned. 
  • Missing pre-notification: shows which shipments Bring has received without an EDI message. 
  • Attempted deliveries: shows shipments where delivery to recipient has been unsuccessful. 
  • Address quality: shows Business parcel shipments with incorrect postal code in the recipient address. Bring attempts to correct errors and deliver the parcels. 
  • Customer errors: shows shipments with a barcode error.

Those who send Groupage and part loads in Norway have access to these reports:
