How to use the dashboard in Mybring

The dashboard that displays the day's scheduled deliveries and any discrepancies in real time. This way you can easily overview your shipments and engage proactively with your customers in the event of discrepancies. The dashboard is available for Norwegian and Nordic parcel services and goods in Norway.

Get an overview of planned deliveries on the front page 

  1. Go to "Planned deliveries" on the front page. 
  2. Select the customer number or customer number group and the day for which you want to view planned deliveries.
  3. You can see exactly where your planned deliveries are right now in the categories Delivered, At pickup point, Attempted delivery, Loaded on vehicle or In transit - which is a general category for all previous events.

To view more details, go in via "Reports".

Get an overview of planned deliveries via "Reports" 

  1. Click "Reports" and select "Dashboard".  
  2. Select the customer number or customer number group and the day for which you want to view planned deliveries.  

You now see the detailed overview and can sort the list in ascending/descending order based on the shipment number, package number, recipient, postal code, telephone, sender's reference or service.
