How to enquire a parcel from tracking in Mybring

If a parcel has not been delivered as planned, you can easily enquire about it using the tracking screen in Mybring. This way you save time, and the query is sent straight to our customer service. 

Enquire about parcel

  1. Click "Tracking" and search for the shipment. 
  2. You can enquire about the shipment if 2 days have passed since its expected delivery date. Click "Enquire about parcel".
  3. Enter a description of the parcel and whether it is the sender or recipient who should receive the parcel once it has been found. 
  4. Click "Enquire about parcel". 

Your request is sent directly to our customer service and we contact you as soon as we know more about your parcel.
