Delivery
Deadline for Cash on Delivery letter is two weeks.
This also applies when the request for payment is sent as a Registered letter. A reminder will be sent to the recipient after 1 week.
Deadlines for delivery, summer and Christmas holiday
Cash on Delivery letter handed in from 1-17 July will not be returned to sender before 1 August and can be collected all through July. Whereas letters handed in after 17 July have the normal delivery deadline.
Letters will not be returned from 23 December- to the first working day in the new year.

It can be traced if sent as a Registered Letter.
Compensation
There is no compensation for A-Prioritaire or B-Economique
Upto NOK 1 000,00 if the Cash on Delivery letter is sent as Registered Letter.

Up to 2 kg and dimensions as for A-Prioritaire and B-Economique.
Labelling, domestic
Cash on Delivery address card for letters and a Cash on Delivery label can be ordered at your local postoffice.

What is Cash on Delivery?
We collect payment for you. An optional service for our letter services.
Are there any requirements regarding forms and labels?
Yes, the letter must be marked with a Cash on Delivery label and an address card.
Can I send Cash on Delivery to foreign countries?
No.
