With this service you can send sms messages to your recipient’s mobile phone and therefore faster send information about the place and date of the delivery. This makes it easier for your recipient to collect the parcel at the post office. If the parcel is to be delivered to the recipient’s door, SMS Advising makes it easier for the recipient to plan its activities around the delivery.

You can use SMS Advising together with CarryOn Business BulkSplit and CarryOn HomeShopping BulkSplit.

How to use SMS Advising
When you order a shipment in My PNL, choose SMS Advising as an additional service. By stating the recipient’s mobile phone number, Bring will send an sms instead of a traditional paper notification.

For CarryOn Business BulkSplit, the sms message will be sent the same day as the parcel has arrived to the terminal and is about to be transported to the recipient’s address. For CarryOn HomeShopping BulkSplit, the sms message will be sent when the parcel has arrived to the post office. If the recipient can not receive the parcel or if the parcel has not been collected within seven days, a paper notification will be sent out.
