In Denmark, CarryOn HomeShopping BulkSplit is delivered to the door as standard, but in Finland and Sweden your private customers have to pick up their own parcels at the post office. With the Home Delivery additional service, you can allow your customers in these countries to have their parcels delivered to the door as well.

Another advantage of Home Delivery is that you can send heavier parcels. The maximum weight for CarryOn HomeShopping BulkSplit is normally 20 kg, but if you use Home Delivery your parcels may weigh up to 35 kg.

Home Delivery is charged at a set supplementary fee per parcel. To use Home Delivery, your parcels must be sent with EDI (electronic data interchange). Otherwise, the following terms are applicable for the countries:

To Finland

In Finland, the recipient will receive a phone call and the delivery date will be agreed in advance. The parcels will be delivered between 09.00 and 21.00. If the recipient cannot be reached by telephone, he/she will be left a message about the parcel in the letterbox and will have to get in touch themselves in order to agree a delivery date.
