Flex Delivery is a free additional service for you if you want your parcels to be deliverable to a recipient even if the recipient is not present and able to sign for the consignment. The sender specifies an alternative delivery location on the transport label, e.g. “Can be placed under the steps”. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the driver will follow alternative instructions. This means the recipient will not have to pick up the parcel at a different address, thereby speeding up delivery.

This service requires you to have the option of sending EDI (electronic data interchange) to Bring, and you also have to enter into an additional contract by getting in touch with your sales contact.
