If your Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish customers have a contract relating to set pick up, the return consignments will be picked up together with the other consignments at no extra cost. If your customers do not have a set pick up contract, you can use our additional service Ad Hoc Pick up. We then pick up the return parcels the day after and charge you.

The additional service Ad Hoc Pick up has a set price and can be combined with the products CarryOn Business Return and CarryOn Business BulkReturn in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

This is what you do

Get in touch with your sales contact to include Ad Hoc Pick up in your contract. When the return consignment is picked up at the customer’s premises, the driver applies a transport label and you will be charged for Ad Hoc Pick up in addition to regular shipping. You or your customers can book a pick up by e-mail. Bring has instructions on how to order an Ad Hoc Pick up easily and quickly. These instructions can be attached to your consignments or sent separately to your customers.
