Purchasing
You can buy prepaid address cards at post offices, In-Store Post Counters or by clicking the Buy button at the top of this page. You can buy these address cards individually or in packs of 10.
Drop off and delivery
You can drop off Business Parcels Post Office at all Post Office sales outlets or to your rural postman, and they will be delivered to your recipient’s door.
Send time
The send time is 1-3 working days, depending on the distance over which the goods are to be transported.
Tracing
You can trace your parcel on posten.no using the consignment number.
Would you prefer to receive an invoice instead of buying address cards with cash? If you enter into a logistics contract for Business Parcels Post Office you will be invoiced for the shipping charges on the basis of differentiated prices per parcel depending on weight and zone distribution.
Compensation
The Post Office’s liability for the transport is regulated by the Act on Road Shipping Contracts. The Post Office’s compensation liability for domestic transport in accordance with the Act on Road Shipping Contracts is now limited to 17 SDR per kg for the gross weight of the goods lost.

Max. weight: 35 kg per item.
Prepaid address cards: max. 10 kg.

NOK 150 for 1 prepaid address card up to 10 kg.
NOK 1 500 for 10 prepaid address cards up to 10 kg.

For parcels from 25 kg – 35 kg: NOK 158

Price supplement for special goods
Parcels more than 120 cm in length, more than 60 cm in width and/or more than 60 cm in height, parcels without external packaging and parcels in tube form are subject to a special goods supplement.
