With CarryOn Business Return it is easy for your customers in the Nordic region to return their parcels free-of-charge. The parcels can either be sent back to you in the sending country or redirected to another address in the destination country.
In Sweden and Finland, the return parcels are always picked up at your customers´ door. If your customer does not have a pickup agreement in Denmark and Norway, they can use our additional service Ad Hoc Pickup. The return parcels are then delivered as agreed directly to your door Monday to Friday during office hours.
Weight and measures
Maximum weight: 35 kg per parcel. Maximum measures: Length 150 cm and length + circumference = maximum 300 cm.
