Two methods

You can either have the parcels delivered to you in the sending country, or you can have them sent on to a different address in the receiving country.

The same transport label is used regardless of where the return parcels are to be sent. You yourself print out the return label and add it to the parcel. You can also send it out separately.

Designation

You simply print the transport label for CarryOn HomeShopping BulkReturn via My PNL as the original sender or by using one of the other EDI solutions which support CarryOn products. The label is placed in the original consignment or sent separately.

If the return parcels are particularly valuable, we can offer you Cargo Insurance transport insurance. You can insure every parcel for up to NOK 100 000.
