Price model

• The price is based on the average weight per mailing and the same price is paid per item.
• Service level: A-Prioritaire or B-Economique
• Destinations: domestic and international
• There is no minimum number of items per shipment, but there is a minimum price per shipment.
• All items in one shipment must have the same sender.

Large format surcharge
Letters exceeding the "letter box dimensions" (i.e., larger than 36x26x7 cm) are subject to surcharge. Weight upto 1 kg NOK 16,80 ex VAT. Weight over 1 kg NOK 24,80 ex VAT.

The surcharge for A-Prioritaire and B-Economique is the same

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Invoice is possible if you have a credit agreement
• Cash payment is possible of delivery to a business centre, post office and selected Post in shops.

Product information

Fleksipost is an efficient way to send your office mail. You save time associated with preparing your mail. The price is based on average weight and you pay the same price per item regardless of the format or weight. Fleksipost is also a alternative to a postage metre.

Domestic:
A-Prioritaire: 1-2 days
B-Economique: 3-5 days

International:
A-Prioritaire: 2-10 days
B-Economique: 4-14 days

Posting

• Envelopes are labelled with the business's return address, Posten Norge Franking Imprint and A-Prioritaire or B-Economique. Find the labels here. 
• Before handing in, the letters are to be counted, rough-sorted into categories A, B, domestic and international and weighed together. 
• The letters are handed inwith an order sheet you will find here:

• There is a minimum price of NOK 100,00 per dispatch. The service does not require a minimum number of items, but if the total postage is under the minimum price you will nonetheless be charged NOK 100,00.

Fleksipost can be handed in to business centres, post offices and selected Post in shops. Be aware of local posting deadlines.

Q & A

Is there a lower or upper limit to the number of letters I can deliver?
There is no minimum number per dispatch, but there is a minimum price per order/mailing. The minimum price appears on the price list.

What requirements are there for sorting prior to delivery?
The customer must sort the shipment into the following categories beforehand: Domestic and international, separated into A-Prioritaire and B-Economique. The categories are kept apart when delivered. In addition, the total number of letters and weight in kilos (to at least one decimal) must be given for each of the four categories.

Are there any restrictions on the dimensions that can be used?
All letter formats within Posten Norges minimum and maximum dimensions may be used. If a item exceeds the "postbox dimensions" of 36 cm long, 26 cm wide and 7 cm thick, a large format surcharge must be paid per item.

Is there a weight limit?
The maximum weight for an individual item is 2000 g.

How is the price on a shipment calculated?
The price is based on average weight and you pay the same price per item regardless of the format.

Which delivery points may be used?
Fleksipost can be delivered to business centres, post offices and selected in-shop post offices.

Can I use Fleksipost if I do not have a credit agreement with Posten Norge?
Yes,customers without a credit agreement can pay in cash.
