Product info

The sender adds a fully addressed return label/address card to (all) parcels sent out, and may distribute these to its departments as required. Can also be sent out more sporadically – when return of goods has to be arranged smoothly and securely.

This service is ideal for Internet shopping/mail order companies and all other companies wishing to provide good customer service. Simple return of goods is highly appreciated with regard to cooling-off periods and incorrect deliveries.

The Post Office invoices the sender for the shipping, and the expense may be charged to the other party afterwards. Of course, this is entirely up to the sender.

EDI

EDI can be used for Return Service. Advance registration must be sent to the Post Office when the label is printed out.

Liability

The Post Office’s liability for the transport is regulated by the Act on Road Shipping Contracts. The Post Office’s compensation liability for domestic transport in accordance with the Act on Road Shipping Contracts is now limited to 17 SDR per kg for the gross weight of the goods lost.
