POD (Proof Of Delivery)
Active feedback to the sender that the goods are delivered, with a copy of the signed freight bill. Via e-mail, fax or as a scanned document in MINe.

Track and trace
Labelling and scanning of all shipments at pick-up, at the terminals and at delivery. Real-time tracking on the Internet will soon be available.

Extra driver
For customers who have urgent transports to Europe, where delivery deadlines requires that the vehicle is in operation beyond the current run and rest time regulations.

Exchange of EUR pallets (Norway only)
Pallets are considered part of the packaging and are a prerequisite to speedy, expeditious transportation. For a small surcharge per unit, Bring Logistics can take responsibility for the exchange and disposal of pallets.

Loading / unloading at origin / destination
By prior agreement, we can provide appropriate loading and unloading equipment. This service must be ordered at the same time as the transport is booked.

Dimensions and weights
If the customer is unable to provide weight and dimension details, we can measure and weigh the goods on arrival at our terminal and add correct data to the freight bill.

Third-party payment
We can provide freight services where neither the sender nor the receiver is the payer, invoicing the freight charges to a third party (for example sales agent).

COD / CAD
We can collect payment for goods delivered to the recipient on behalf of the sender.

Printing and application of labels (marking)
In the future, we will be able to mark goods, so that the customer can track goods within our system.

Refund of duty
We can apply for reimbursement of customs expenses on behalf of the customer.

Late booking
If a shipment is not ready for pick-up by the agreed deadline, we can arrange special pick-up, so that it meets consolidation deadlines. Deadlines and restrictions are agreed locally.
