- Norway Post acquires WAJENS AS and OCS AS.
1979
- Per E. Jensen, Waldemar's son, continues to expand the enterprise under the name Jensen Holding AS, to become a leading
supplier
of third-party logistics in Norway.
1968
- Waldemar A. Jensen establishes OCS AS (OSLO CONTAINER STEVEDEOR AS), the first company to provide stevedoring services
at
Oslo harbour for RO-RO container- and trailer vessels.
1957
- Waldemar A. Jensen establishes WAJENS AS. WAJENS was a pioneer in the field of container transport.
